The church hymnal contains 158 songs, carols and other music by 48 New Zealand writers of words and music. It also includes full keyboard settings for all the songs as well as guitar chords for a selection to show how they can be played on an instrument such as the guitar or piano.
The book has a professionally written tone. There are 9 indexes at the back of this book covering 40 themes, The Church’s Year, and Worship Service. These include pastoral/sacramental service including Communion, baptism etc., Biblical Index from Genesis to Revelation as well as an index for author names that were involved in writing or translating this piece
